The Village de la Pointe, the first residential leisure park on the island of Martinique, is set in the heart of a large palm grove, with 80 independent cottages and 6 villas available for seasonal rental, and a swimming pool just 100 metres from the beach. Facing the Atlantic, protected by a coral reef, the lagoon of Le Vauclin (a fishing village) is a wonderful place for swimming and kitesurfing in warm water all year round...
The Village is made up of air-conditioned cottages sleeping 2 to 6 people, all with fully-equipped kitchens and terraces. The single-storey cottages have 2 or 3 bedrooms, a lounge area, a shower room and separate sanitary facilities.
The Villas can accommodate up to 10 people and all have a private swimming pool.
From December 2018, the Village will open 32 additional studios for 2 to 4 people. These lodges will have their own swimming pool.
