The Résidence Bleu Alizé in Sainte Anne offers 4 F1 flats in a charming sub-divided villa. Just 300 metres from the Club Meditérannée beach and 800 metres from the shops, you'll be ideally placed for exploring Martinique and enjoying a wide range of activities (jet-skiing, diving, kayaking, pedal-boating, shopping, etc.). You can also take advantage of the Boucaniers beach, a beautiful sheltered cove with no seaweed.
Capacity: 2 people per accommodation (additional children possible).
General surface area: 45 m² for each studio.
Layout: each studio comprises a large 25 m² living room (with 80 cm x 190 cm bed), a sleeping area separated by a curtain (140 cm x 190 cm trundle bed), a dining area with table and chair, a shower room (shower, washbasin, WC), a fully equipped kitchen, a terrace and a garden.
Air conditioning: yes, throughout.
Kitchen equipment: cooker, 2-door fridge-freezer, coffee machine, microwave, pots and pans, complete crockery, cutlery, dishes, etc.
Miscellaneous facilities: flat-screen TV (DTT channels), telephone in the courtyard (fixed line for incoming and outgoing calls with prepaid card or bank card), Internet access, cot on request, etc.
Terrace: 15m² terrace for each accommodation, equipped with deckchair, table and chairs.
Garden: there is a 120m² garden in front of the residence with a barbecue, and a 50m² courtyard at the rear of the residence.
Linen: Household linen (excluding beach towels) is provided and changed every 8 days.
